Work From Home While You Work Your Muscles

Setting aside time to work out is huge for my mental health.

Even if it’s just a good power walk, sweating a little bit (or a lot!) is like hitting the reset button! I feel focused and I feel GOOD! Making sure I can be the best I can be for work means taking care of my mind and my body first.

To do that, I do a lot of different workouts… but that’s a post for another day! Today, I wanted to share some of my favorite workout equipment for an at-home workout! From hand weights to a water bottle — it’s the little things that make the biggest difference!

1. Bala Bands

Aren’t these the chicest arm/ ankle weights you’ve ever seen? These guys are the best for adding that extra little oomph to any activity, or making any activity a mini-workout! Wear them on your ankles or wrists when you go on a walk, clean your place, or even just working!

2. Bala Bars 

All of the Bala equipment is designed to be ergonomic for the best workouts ever. So instead of a classic dumbbell, these bars have an equal weight distribution which makes working out with them soo much easier!

3. Bala Ring 

How stunning is the Power Ring? It’s kind of the same concept as a kettlebell but a whole lot better looking! It’s so versatile and honestly looks like a piece of art!

4. Water Bottle 

In the same theme as chic AND functional, these glass water bottles are a workout must-have! Keeping hydrated is super important to have an optimal workout, and they translate so beautifully from your gym back to your desk! This one comes in a multi-pack on Amazon!
