Brooke Burke’s 7 Ingredient Hummus

I’m willing to bet that you didn’t know how easy making hummus could be. I sure didn’t, until one of my besties, Brooke Burke showed me her recipe. This hummus is easy to make, healthy, and only takes a few ingredients. Hands down the best hummus I have ever had, and it doesn’t have all that extra stuff like most other hummus recipes do.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1 heaping tbsp of tahini
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1-2 clove(s) of garlic

Directions:

  1. Combine all of your ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until you have a creamy paste.
  3. Seriously, that’s it! Serve with your favorite veggies or pita chips!
